There are a lot of challenges that hinder Malawian girls from completing their education such as school fees, lack of access to sanitary products and stationary. The organization provides the girls with various resources to help alleviate some of the challenges they face with the assistance of the HBM scholarship.

The HBM scholarship is a scholarship started by the organization to assist girls with school fees, sanitary products, uniforms, and stationary in order for them to complete their education. The scholarship is divided into three levels according to their level of education: primary, secondary, and tertiary education. In addition to the scholarship, the organization also supports girls by enrolling them in various workshops and programs that can help them to achieve their dreams.
